Solo Recitals
Check with your teacher, before you sign up regarding which piece to choose.
It is strongly recommended to perform polished review pieces in a performance, roughly a book level lower and not your newest repertoire.
Rehearsals will be scheduled to take place during your group classes ideally two weeks prior to recital. Based on student enrolment the rehearsal schedule will be created and posted on the website as well as e-mailed to families.
You need to submit to the Suzuki director the accompaniment part if the performance piece is not in the Suzuki repertoire.
Suzuki Solo Rehearsal Policy
There is no fee paid by the student for solo rehearsals during the scheduled time slots. If Suzuki students would like or require extra solo rehearsal time, outside of the allotted group class rehearsal times listed above, they will directly pay their collaborative pianists
Other Rehearsals and Performances
There is a fee, paid by the student to your pianist for each rehearsal and the performance. This could include Conservatory solo performances, festival, etc.
